This week there’s more potatoes to use up. This will be the last batch of the sprouty spuds. I suppose there’s nothing else interesting in the fridge or pantry that is in great need of being eaten. So besides potatoes we’ll just be eating more of the stored goods we have around here.
Monday: Baked Lentils with Cheese, Oven Fries, Green Beans
Tuesday: Broccoli, Ham, and Egg Pasta, Pickled Beets
Wednesday: Crock Pot Pot Roast, Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans
Thursday: Taco Casserole, Baked Sweet Potatoes, Salad
