There’s not much that has to be used up this week. I like when that happens. I can make whatever I want, not what my refrigerator says I must. I did get my cabbage to make sour kraut with so I might also add some coleslaw to the menu if I feel like it.
Monday: Vegetable Soup, Cheese Muffins
Tuesday: Venison Steaks, Oven Sweet Potato and Regular Potato Fries, Green Beans
Wednesday: Sweet Potato Topped Turkey (a homemade version of this), Salad
Thursday: Family get together. I’m bringing filling balls and pies.
Friday: Beef Soup, Bread
Saturday: Simple Spaghetti, Green Beans
