To use up this week: Ritz crackers (one of Brad’s cabin snacks which he didn’t finish) for poppy seed chicken, some turkey stock (I didn’t feel like freezing it) for soup, leftover venison roast for shepherd’s pie, and since I took a last minute trip to the cabin we never did get to eat oven beef stew so that is on the menu again.
Monday: Poppy Seed Chicken, Sweet Potato Biscuits, Green Beans
Tuesday: Yammy Turkey (my aunt’s recipe), Broccoli, Pickled Beets
Wednesday: Lentil Soup, Bread or Muffins, Sweet Pickles
Thursday: Shepherd’s Pie, Green Beans, Sauteed Cabbage
Friday: Oven Beef Stew, Pickles
Saturday: Chili, Cornbread, Carrot Sticks
