I didn’t follow my menu very well last week. There is so much to eat from the garden these days and I don’t always know exactly when things will be ready or when I’ll get them picked. That means I fly by the seat of my pants and we eat tons of veggies. I suppose summer menus are really rough guides for me!
Tuesday: Spaghetti Pie, Cooked Broccoli, Salad
Wednesday: Venison Steaks, Rice Pilaf, Salad
Thursday: Super Stuffed Tortillas, Cooked Red Beets
Friday: Spicy Potatoes and Peas with Sausage, Seven Layer Salad
White Bean Enchiladas, Cooked Broccoli, Salad Ooops. We have a birthday party to attend!
Sunday: Family get together (not sure what I’m bringing yet) and a baby shower as well
Desserts: Homemade Ice Cream Sandwiches, Cherry Squares, Cherry Pie
Odds and Ends: Cottage Cheese, Feta Cheese, Hamburger Buns
